 I have a background in nursing. After completing my training at the Royal Masonic Hospital in London I spent some time working in the field of Occupational Health before re locating to South Africa in the early '80's.
I spent a few years as a full time mom, and as a member of La Leche league assisting families with their breastfeeding and parenting experiences.
In 1993 my husband and I opened a manufacturing company where I had administrative responsibilities.
In 2005 I discovered BodyTalk, or it discovered me, and I now run a full time practice on the West Rand.
In my spare time I dance, practice yoga, hike, take part in amateur dramatic productions and travel to far flung places whenever I can.
BodyTalk has changed my life! It's a wonderfully simple, safe and effective system to restore balance within the bodymind.
