 I commenced my studies in complementary health in 1996 after my young children were successfully treated for allergies and chronic ear infections by a Kinesiologist. I was fascinated by this way of resolving health issues that involved releasing the underlying emotions connected with the physical illness. Miracles had happened and I knew that I had to find out how to do this for myself. So began my journey of learning which now includes Reiki, Kinesiology, BodyTalk, Quantum Touch and Dr Frans Kromhout’s Quantum Energetix. I feel extremely privileged to be able to share everything I’ve learnt with all the people who come into my Practice daily.
In 1998 I become a Reiki Master, then I attended various kinesiology courses (Touch for Health, 3-in-1 Concepts to mention a couple), earning enough hours to become a Specialised Kinesiologist (Member of ASKSA). Having started out just with the desire to learn Kinesiology I had already achieved more than that … then I went to a lecture about the BodyTalk System and was fascinated, so started my studying of BodyTalk – that was at the end of 2004. Soon afterwards I became a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner. I then attended many advanced BodyTalk modules and am a member of BodyTalk South Africa.
Since then I have also trained as a Quantum Touch and Supercharging Quantum Touch Practitioner. Integrating new information into my Practice is now one of my passions and I regularly attend new, advanced courses that will enhance my Energy Medicine work.
Every course I integrate assists with my own personal growth and helps me work at a deeper level to assist those who come to me to help with their challenges.
When not working, I love reading all types of books - books that help with my work, for instance Byron Katie's Loving What Is, also less involved novels. I also enjoy spending time with my family and travelling.
Currently I work from my home in Fish Hoek, Cape Town. I look forward to seeing you there.
